"Tails of Spring"

Picture

Can't have a spring season without a "Tails of Spring". This is #1: Cherry Blossoms. Cherry trees are found everywhere here in my state of Washington and when the breeze blows it creates a beautiful shower of pinks.

Happy Earth Day with Tails of Spring #2: Tulips. This lovely flower dominates the fields of Skagit Valley, Washington every year at this time. It is said that the area has more acres of tulips than the entirety of Holland. While I don't know if that is true, the mosiac of colors is stunning nonetheless. I've taken dozens of photos during my visits there. The area gets more than a million visitors each season enjoying the beauty.

Tails of Spring 3#: Fly Ball! The logo was created from suggestions in their Facebook group. They really have some marvelous fans! Thanks to Susan Lynn for the idea that became the final design: The Rainbow Glade Stars. I got the idea observing my baseball addicted son watching his team, The Mariners, at spring training in Arizona. The fans who sat behind the outfield in the grass on their picnic blankets looked like they were really enjoying themselves.

I was asked in the FB Group who The RG Stars are playing. That would happen to be the Moss Hollow Monarchs, who have a butterfly as their mascot.

Skip and Pip are doing some gardening in Tails of Spring #4: Seeds.

Does anything look familiar? Those are the seeds that Skip gave to Pip for Valentine's Day.
